On July 2021, 07, the Group held the first half of the work meeting in the conference room on the eighth floor of the headquarters. The meeting reviewed and summarized the work of the group in the first half of the year, analyzed the existing problems and the situation faced, and arranged and deployed the work in the second half of the year. Yang Fengsheng, chairman of the group, deputy general managers of the group, heads of various units and departments, and other 15 people attended the meeting. The meeting was chaired by Xue Lisheng, deputy general manager of the group.
The heads of each subordinate unit of the group made a detailed analysis of the completion of production and operation and existing problems in the first half of the year, and reported the work plan for the second half of the year. The heads of various departments of the headquarters reported on the work of their departments in the first half of the year.
Huang Qiuli, the Group's Chief Financial Officer, reported on the Group's production and operation in the first half of the year, and the Group completed 54.9% of the annual business plan indicators in the first half of the year, exceeding the task target. Director Huang analyzed in detail the production and operation, cost expenditure and completion of business indicators of each unit, raised existing problems from a financial point of view, and put forward opinions on the failure of new investment industries to achieve the set targets.
Yang Shanshui, Executive Deputy General Manager of the Group, fully affirmed the achievements of the Group in the first half of the year, thanked everyone for their efforts, and then deployed the focus of work in the second half of the year, requiring the Group to improve the introduction of talents and management innovation, and encouraged everyone to continue to maintain the spirit of "forging ahead and pioneering with sincerity", and present the 100th anniversary of the founding of the CPC with excellent achievements.
Finally, Chairman Yang asked the managers and responsible persons at all levels of the group to carefully analyze and summarize the problems and shortcomings in the current operation and management, and only by summing up the past well can we better move towards the future. It is necessary to strengthen the construction of talents, market development, improve the construction of the group system, formulate a practical work plan, solve the current problems of insufficient talents and business shortcomings, strengthen safety management, and implement responsibilities.
