On the morning of January 2010, 1, the first employee congress and 29 work conference, which was eagerly awaited by all employees of the Group, was held in the conference room on the ninth floor of the Fengye Group Building. The building of Fengye Group was renovated, the venue was bright in spring, and the hanging propaganda slogan was particularly eye-catching. The atmosphere in the venue was warm and the hall was orderly. The flowers in front of the stage are splendid, and the bunches of blooming flowers convey the message of spring. At 2010 o'clock in the morning, 8 employee representatives from the subsidiaries and project departments of the group walked into the conference venue full of spirit with the instructions of all employees, and they will fully perform their responsibilities at this two-day meeting, seek the reform and development plan of the group, and paint the beautiful scenery of Fengye in 48.
The conference kicked off with the opening speech and solemn national anthem by Li Zhaolian, deputy secretary of the party branch and deputy general manager of the group, and Qiang Jianmin, deputy general manager of the group, held the morning meeting. On behalf of the general manager, Li Baoming, Deputy General Manager of the Group, delivered a work report entitled "Changing Concepts, Activating Mechanisms, Resisting Risks, and Striving to Achieve the Strategic Goals of Fengye Group", which comprehensively and objectively summarized the work of the Group in 2009, analyzed the new situation faced by the enterprise, and made careful arrangements for the Group's work in 2010.
Immediately afterwards, Cai Jingtong, Chief Financial Officer of the Group and Director of the Finance Department, made a work report on the Group's 2009 Financial Final Accounts and 2010 Financial Budgets at the conference. Zheng Baozhen, Chairman of the Group's Trade Union and Director of the Human Resources Department, made a report on the work of the Group's first employee congress and the preparation of the current employee congress and the review of the qualifications of representatives, and explained the collective contract; Li Yongsheng, deputy general manager of the group and executive deputy manager of the engineering company, reported on the construction in progress; Huang Xingdong, assistant general manager of the group and director of the production and operation department, reported the production and operation of the group in 2009 and explained the production and operation indicators in 2010.
During the meeting, with a strong sense of mission and a high sense of ownership and responsibility, the delegates carefully deliberated on the work report of the general manager, the financial work report, the collective contract (draft), the resolution (draft) of the conference and other special reports. At the breakout sessions, representatives actively discussed and offered suggestions for the reform and development of the Group. After careful deliberation and discussion, the staff representatives unanimously voted to adopt the above report.
Li Baoming, deputy general manager of the group, presided over the plenary meeting on the afternoon of the 30th. Qiang Jianmin, Deputy General Manager of the Group, carefully explained and answered the common questions raised by the employee representatives during the discussion. Subsequently, Zheng Baozhen, chairman of the labor union of the group, signed the "collective contract" with the legal representative of the group on behalf of all employees of the group as the chief representative of the negotiation. The main leaders of each second-level unit under the group signed the "Internal Economic Responsibility Letter" and the "Safety Production Responsibility Letter" with Yang Fengsheng, chairman and general manager of the Group.
At the meeting, advanced units and individuals in 2009 were also commended. The group company presented awards to the commended units and individuals.
Li Zhaolian, deputy secretary of the party branch and deputy general manager of the group, made a concluding speech. After briefly evaluating the work of the Group over the past three years, he highlighted three points on how to implement the spirit of this meeting and ensure the full realization of this year's goals.
Finally, all the staff representatives attending the meeting listened to the important speech made by Yang Fengsheng, chairman of the board, general manager and secretary of the party branch of the group.
The conference ended on the afternoon of January 1 and slowly ended with the melody of "We Workers Have Power".
